摘　　要：目的探讨日间手术创建初期亟需解决的难题与发展策略。方法以该院南区2018年12月成立的日间病房作为研究对象,分析日间手术创建初期遇到的困难和阻挠,并提出发展策略。结果日间手术创建初期亟需解决的难题主要为设法提高手术量的同时如何保证日间手术质量安全。发展策略为改变手术理念,调动医师积极性;不断优化绩效考核与分配制度,引导医师持续改进;专科日间手术管理方案及流程个性化、具体化,方便患者;提高医护工作效率,设计日间手术调查表,以利于反馈跟踪及持续改进等。结论医疗机构需要结合自身实际,采取多方位配套措施,其中互联网+技术必将助力日间手术更快、更好地发展。Objective Objective to explore the urgent problems and development strategies in the early days of day surgery.Methods Taking the day ward established in December 2018 in the Southern District of our hospital as the research object,this paper analyzes the difficulties and obstacles encountered in the early days of the establishment of day surgery,and puts forward development strategie.Results At the initial stage of day surgery,the main problem to be solved is how to improve the amount of surgery and ensure the quality and safety of day surgery.The development strategy is to change the concept of surgery,mobilize the enthusiasm of doctors;constantly optimize the performance appraisal and distribution system,guide doctors to continue to improve;the management scheme and process of specialized day surgery are personalized and specific,which is convenient for patients;improve the efficiency of medical care,design the day surgery checklist,which is conducive to feedback tracking and continuous improvement.Conclusion Medical institutions need to take various measures in combination with their own reality.Internet plus technology will help to develop faster and better day surgery.
