四川省宜宾市已育女性发生盆底功能障碍的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨四川省宜宾市已育女性发生盆底功能障碍的影响因素。方法2019年6月至2020年12月选取四川省宜宾市已育女性490例作为研究对象,采用随机问卷调查和盆底肌力检测的方法,固定受过培训的调查员进行盆底肌力检测,并分析发生盆底功能障碍的影响因素。结果490例已育女性中发生盆底功能障碍106例,发生率为21.63%。不同年龄、分娩次数、分娩方式、体重指数,以及是否咨询盆底功能相关知识的已育女性盆底功能障碍发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄、分娩次数、分娩方式、体重指数、是否咨询盆底功能相关知识是已育女性发生盆底功能障碍的影响因素。结论四川省宜宾市已育女性发生盆底功能障碍的影响因素较多,不同因素能相互作用及影响,因此,应加强已育女性盆底功能康复干预,以改善其盆底功能。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation intervention on pelvic floor dysfunction and its influencing factors in Yibin City.Methods A total of 490 fertile women from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects.Random questionnaire survey and pelvic floor muscle strength test were used.Trained investigators were fixed for pelvic floor muscle strength test.According to the test results,they were divided into female dysfunction group(dysfunction group,n=106)and non female dysfunction group(non dysfunction group,n=384).The control group was intervened with conventional methods,and the observation group was intervened with pelvic floor function rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.Results Among 490 fertile women,106 had pelvic floor dysfunction(21.63%).The results of univariate and multivariate logistic analysis showed that the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction was statistically significant with age,delivery times,mode of delivery,body mass index and whether to consult pelvic floor function related knowledge(P<0.05);Three months after intervention,the muscle potentials of class I,class II and muscle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The fatigue degree of type I muscle was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors of pelvic floor dysfunction in Yibin City,and different factors can interact and influence each other.Strengthening the rehabilitation intervention of pelvic floor function is helpful to improve the pelvic floor function of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
