临床护理路径在老年性白内障超声乳化手术患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在老年性白内障超声乳化手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月该院收治的老年性白内障超声乳化手术患者80例作为研究对象,根据不同护理方式的分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径。对比两组患者护理效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者出院时患眼视力改善更加明显,并发症发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年性白内障超声乳化手术患者采用临床护理路径进行护理工作可以显著提升护理效果,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with senile cataract phacoemulsification surgery.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,80 patients undergoing phacoemulsification for senile cataract diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into groups according to different nursing methods,and patients with routine care were used as controls.Group,40 cases,patients who adopt clinical nursing path as observation group,40 cases,compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The visual acuity of the patients in the observation group who took care of the clinical nursing pathway improved after different care,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had a significantly lower incidence of complications than the control group(5.0%vs 17.5%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical nursing pathways for nursing care of patients with senile cataract phacoemulsification can significantly improve the nursing effect and is worthy of clinical reference.
