摘 要:目的研究火工品换能元所用的金属桥带表面划痕等缺陷在温湿度应力作用下的扩展情况及其对火工品功能的影响。方法设计温湿度为80℃/95%的双应力试验,采用形貌分析和红外热波等手段,结合仿真计算,研究温湿度应力对划痕尺寸的影响及其对换能元桥区温度场的影响规律。结果金属桥带在温湿度应力的作用下,180 d的试验时间内,表面无划痕样品未出现明显缺陷,温度场分布和温升曲线也与试验前保持一致。划痕样品的划痕宽×长由试验前的0.015 mm×0.01 mm扩展到试验后的0.020 mm×0.015 mm,桥区最高温度由试验前的187.5℃上升到试验后的237℃。红外试验结果和仿真计算结果趋势一致。结论温湿度应力会加速桥带表面划痕的扩展,并在桥区心集热区产生温度聚集,影响发火时间和发火可靠性。This paper is to study the temperature and humidity stress expansion of the metal bridge belt surface scratches and other defects used in pyrotechnic energy conversion elements and its influence on the function of the pyrotechnics. The influence of temperature and humidity stress scratch size and its influence on the temperature field in the bridge area of the energy conversion element are studied by designing temperature and humidity double stress 80 ℃/95% test using temperature and humidity test and using the topographic analysis and infrared thermal wave experiments combined with simulation calculation.Under the action of temperature and humidity stress, the non-scratched samples on the surface of the metal bridge belt did not have obvious defects within the test time of 180 days, and the temperature field distribution and temperature rise curve were also consistent with those before the test;the width × length of the sample with scratches on the surface extends from 0.015×0.01 mm before the test to 0.020×0.015 mm after the test, and the maximum temperature value of the bridge area rises from 187.5 ℃ before the test to 237 ℃ after the test;at the same time, the trend of infrared test results and simulation calculation results is consistent. The temperature and humidity stress will accelerate the expansion of scratches on the surface of the bridge belt, and generate temperature accumulation in the heat collecting area in the center of the bridge area, which affects the ignition time and ignition reliability.
