摘  要:随着电动汽车的大力发展,其充电设施的电能检测工作至关重要。该文提出的电能检测仪解决了非车载充电机现场检定工作量极大、检测成本高的难题。设备采用集成设计、易于携带,连线后直接挂网运行,可自动上传充电电能数据。核心部件直流比较仪采用多种屏蔽技术,在强电磁环境下,精度仍可保持10 ppm的水平,为大电流测量提供可靠测试数据。软件设计和数据处理采用LabVIEW软件,为非车载充电机电能计量量值溯源和检测提供依据。通过测试数据对比分析,得出电能检测仪对充电设备电能公平结算的结论。With the vigorous development of electric vehicles,the electric energy detection of its charging facilities is of vital importance. The electric energy detector proposed in the article solves the problem of extremely high workload and high cost of on-site verification of off-board chargers. The device adopts integrated design and is easy to carry. It can be connected to the network directly after connection and can automatically upload charging energy data.The core component of the DC comparator uses a variety of shielding technologies. In a strong electromagnetic environment,the accuracy can still be maintained at the level of 10 ppm,providing reliable test data for high current measurement. LabVIEW software is used for software design and data processing to provide electrical energy for offboard chargers provide basis for traceability and detection of measurement value. Through the comparative analysis of the test data,it is concluded that the electric energy detector has a fair settlement for the electric energy of the charging equipment.
