摘　　要：根据TB 10097—2019《铁路房屋建筑设计标准》的构成和内容修订情况,对重点章节、条文进行必要的解读、说明,对修订的背景予以介绍。通过实际工程的建设经验来解释条文,便于TB 10097—2019《铁路房屋建筑设计标准》与实际工程应用相结合。列举实际工程调研、模拟设计等过程,阐述部分条文数据的来源,更好地指导相关工程建设,便于相关人员尽快掌握TB 10097—2019《铁路房屋建筑设计标准》的要点,更好地服务铁路房屋建设工作。对TB 10097—2019《铁路房屋建筑设计标准》相应条款修订背景进行了充分说明。According to the composition and content revision of the TB 10097—2019 Standard for Design of Railway Buildings, the paper makes necessary interpretation and explanation of key chapters and articles, and introduces the background of the revision. Through the construction experience of the actual project to explain the provisions, it is convenient for the combination of TB 10097—2019 Standard for Design of Railway Buildings and the actual project application. By listing the actual engineering research, simulation design and other processes,the paper expounds the data sources of some articles, so as to better guide the relevant engineering construction.
