摘 要:对实际工程天水古城西关片区综合保护与利用项目中的室外埋地综合管沟内部进行施工图前数值模拟研究,旨在对综合管沟内温度场进行仿真还原,以研究其内各管路管线敷设方式及条件。并进一步利用数值技术对综合管沟内各种敷设情况进行模拟,以拓展研究室外综合管沟敷设方式与其内通风量的关系。试验及仿真结果表明:随着综合管沟内发热电缆电功率升高,为了保证检修人员正常操作,需按一定规律增加通风量。In the paper, a pre–construction numerical simulation study is carried out on the interior of the outdoor buried integrated pipe trench in the actual project "comprehensive protection and utilization project of the Xiguan Section of Tianshui Ancient City". The purpose is to simulate and restore the temperature field in the integrated pipe trench so as to study the laying methods and conditions of the pipelines within it. In order to further study the relationship between the way of laying in the integrated trench and its ventilation volume, numerical simulation was carried out for various laying conditions in the integrated trench. The experimental and simulation results show that: with the increase of the power of heating cable in the integrated pipe trench, the ventilation volume should be increased according to a certain rule in order to ensure the maintenance personnel’s normal operation.
