摘　　要：新加坡南洋理工大学将学业与研究诚信视为研究生的重要素质,并在长期摸索中形成系统的学业与研究诚信管理制度与机制。其主要做法有:建立科学的管理体系,为维护学业与研究诚信、治理学业与研究不端提供组织依托;制定严密的制度,设计科学的机制,为学业与研究诚信的日常管理和学业与研究不端的常态化治理提供制度和机制保障;设计与实施多样化、常态化的教育与培训活动,陶熔研究生的学业与研究诚信品质,塑造学业与研究诚信的氛围。Nanyang Technological University(NTU)of Singapore regards academic and research integrity as an important quality for postgraduates. A systematic academic and research integrity management system has been formed in the long-term exploration. The main methods are as follows:Establishing a scientific management system to provide organizational support for the maintenance of academic and research integrity and governance of academic and research misconduct,formulating strict systems and designing scientific mechanisms to provide system and mechanism guarantee for the daily management of academic and research integrity and the normalization governance of academic and research misconduct,designing and implementing diversified and normalized education and training activities to cultivate graduate students’ quality of academic and research integrity and the atmosphere of creating academic and research integrity.The practice and experience of Nanyang Technological University(NTU)offer great reference for the construction of academic and research integrity system in Chinese universities.
