摘　　要：针对当前知识产权统计软件不能有效满足区域知识产权统计分析需求的问题,提出了利用GIS技术构建区域知识产权统计分析系统的新思路。对该思路进行了基本原理和实现方式的说明,并利用该区域知识产权统计分析系统,对上海市张江高新技术园区进行了统计分析的应用实践。研究表明,该区域知识产权统计分析系统能够有效地应用于区域的知识产权统计分析,帮助各级政府部门及其他相关单位制定与知识产权相关的各种决策,具有广泛的应用推广价值。Aiming at the problem that the current intellectual property statistics software can not effectively meet the needs of regional intellectual property statistics and analysis, this paper puts forward a new idea of constructing regional intellectual property statistical analysis system by using GIS technology.The basic principle and implementation of this idea are explained, and use the regional intellectual property statistical analysis system, the application practice of statistical analysis is carried out in Zhangjiang High Tech Park in Shanghai. Research shows, the regional intellectual property statistical analysis system can be effectively applied to regional intellectual property statistical analysis, help government departments at all levels and other relevant units make various decisions related to intellectual property rights. It has wide application and promotion value.
