摘　　要：在众多通信领域专利所涉及的标准中,3GPP标准占比较大,而针对涉及3GPP标准的检索,尤其是在通信领域标准必要专利的无效检索阶段,显得尤为重要。本文从介绍3GPP的组织架构出发,以技术演进脉络视角分析3GPP标准专利的检索方法,以实操的方式展示3GPP协议检索的手段,重点结合案例展示通过梳理3GPP提案演进脉络的检索方式。Among the standards involved in many patents in the field of communication, the 3GPP standard accounts for a relatively large proportion, and for the search involving the 3GPP standard, it is especially important in the stage of invalidation search of standard-essential patents in the field of communication. This paper starts from introducing the organizational structure of 3GPP, analyzing the search method of 3GPP standard patents from the perspective of technology evolution, demonstrating the means of 3GPP protocol search in a practical way, and focusing on the search method by combing the evolution of 3GPP proposals with cases.
