摘 要:根据地勘、设计、施工资料及基桩检测成果,深入研究分析造成儋州某住宅项目的钻孔灌注桩桩底沉渣过厚的原因,采用桩底沉渣冲洗及桩端后注浆工艺对其桩底沉渣进行处理,并创新地提出可重复高压注浆技术,用于封闭桩底桩侧松散土层,保证了注浆加固效果。基桩检测成果表明,经处理的基桩承载力满足设计要求。Based on a comprehensive and thorough investigation, some reasons of the sediment of the bored piles of a foundation engineering in the Danzhou of the province Hainan were revealed.According to the test data, the sediment of bored piles were full of the resolution by the sedimentflushing and the technology of repeated high pressure grouting. The testing result demonstrated the bearing capacity of piles that treated by the repeated high pressure grouting satisfying the requirement of design. This paper points thoroughly out some causes of the serious sediments engineering accidents,and brings forward a proper technical solution.
