摘 要:济南鼎峰中心项目基坑开挖深度为14.32~20.12m,根据场地周边建筑物情况分别采取复合土钉墙和桩锚支护形式,考虑到其中紧邻既有住宅建筑位置的开挖深度最大,采用双排桩+预应力锚索的支护形式,并采用高压旋喷桩截水帷幕+管井降水的地下水控制方案,经开挖验证支护及降水效果良好。This paper introduces the examples of foundation pit support and precipitation design and construction of Jinan Dingfeng Center Project. The excavation depth of the foundation pit is 14.32~20.12 m. According to the surrounding buildings, the project adopts composite soil nail wall and pile anchor support form, in which double-row piles are adopted in the vicinity of existing residential buildings. Prestressed anchor cable support form, and the groundwater control scheme of high-pressure jet pile + pipe well precipitation is adopted. After excavation verification, the support and precipitation effect is good, which can be promoted and applied in similar projects.
