摘 要:采用冲击回波法、超声CT对预应力束孔管道压浆密实性检测进行试验研究。考虑构件厚度、管道类型、直径及形状等参数设计制作了4个试验构件。预应力束孔管道分别考虑完全灌满、部分灌满及未灌浆三种工况。采用IE-Scanner扫描式冲击回波仪、A1040 MIRA混凝土超声断层扫描仪分别对4个试验构件预应力束孔管道的压浆密实性进行检测。对比不同试验结果得出,冲击回波法和超声CT均能够有效检测金属波纹管内部的压浆缺陷,而对于塑料波纹管,冲击回波法和超声CT的检测效果较差。Impact echo method and ultrasonic computed tomography were used for experimental study on the quality test of prestressed tendon duct grouting. Considering the component height, duct type, diameter and shape, four specimens were designed and tested under three working conditions,including fully grouting, partially grouting and no grouting, by using IE-Scanner scanning impact echo instrument and A1040 MIRA concrete ultrasonic tomography. Comparison of these test results showed that impact echo method and ultrasonic computed tomography could effectively detect the grouting defects in the metal bellows, but their inspection effect is low when they are used to detect grouting defect in plastic corrugated pipe.
