新型城镇化与旅游产业转型升级的互动关系及区域差异--基于省际面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于2005-2018年我国30个省份(西藏及港澳台地区除外)的面板数据,综合运用熵值法、线性加权法和面板向量自回归模型,对新型城镇化与旅游产业转型升级之间的动态关系、作用机制及区域差异进行实证分析。研究发现:新型城镇化与旅游产业转型升级均存在依赖自身惯性发展的现象,新型城镇化的惯性发展趋势明显强于旅游产业转型升级;新型城镇化与旅游产业转型升级之间存在双向作用,且该作用具有明显的区域异质性;旅游产业转型升级对新型城镇化的影响大于新型城镇化对旅游产业转型升级的影响。据此提出,应进一步强化正外部效应、推进区域合作发展、制定差异化发展策略等,以推进新型城镇化与旅游产业转型升级实现深度融合互动。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(except Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2005 to 2018,this article comprehensively uses entropy method,linear weighting method and panel vector autoregressive model to empirically analyze the dynamic relationship,influencing mechanism and regional differences between new urbanization and tourism industry transformation and upgrading.The findings show that both new urbanization and tourism industry transformation and upgrading depend on their own inertia development.And the inertia development trend of new urbanization is obviously stronger than that of tourism industry transformation and upgrading.There is a two-way effect between new urbanization and tourism industry transformation and upgrading,and the effect shows obvious regional heterogeneity.The impact of tourism industry transformation and upgrading on new urbanization is greater than that of new urbanization on tourism industry transformation and upgrading.In order to promote the in-depth integration and interaction between new urbanization and tourism industry transformation and upgrading,it is suggested that positive external effects should be further strengthened,regional cooperation development should be promoted,and differentiated development strategies should be formulated.
