摘 要:以彩色马蹄莲组培苗为材料,设置纯蓝光(B)、红蓝光组合R∕B(1∕2)、R∕B(1∕1)、R∕B(2∕1)、纯红光(R)5种LED光质,以白光为对照(CK),研究不同光质对彩色马蹄莲组培苗形态指标和生理特性的影响。结果显示:(1)R∕B(2∕1)光质条件下,彩色马蹄莲苗的增殖率比CK处理高42.9%;植株的株高、鲜重、叶片长和叶片宽最大,分别比CK处理高87.0%、42.3%、101.9%和108.8%;(2)R∕B(1∕2)光质条件下,彩色马蹄莲苗的叶绿素含量最高,是CK处理的1.22倍;(3)复合光质中随着红光比例的增高,彩色马蹄莲苗中的可溶性总糖含量升高,复合光质处理R∕B(2∕1)最高,蓝光则表现为抑制作用,但能够促进彩色马蹄莲苗淀粉的积累和可溶性蛋白含量的提高;(4)R∕B(1∕2)和R∕B(2∕1)光质处理下,彩色马蹄莲苗POD活性较高;R∕B(1∕2)和R∕B(1∕1)光质处理下SOD活性较高;CK处理下,彩色马蹄莲苗的MDA含量最高,在R∕B(1∕1)和R处理下,彩色马蹄莲苗的MDA含量较低。综上,复合光质R∕B(2∕1)是彩色马蹄莲组培苗增殖和生长的最适光质条件,该研究结果可为彩色马蹄莲组培苗生长发育品质的提高提供一定的理论基础。Zantedeschia hybridaplantlets were used as test materials.Five LED light qualities,including pure blue light(B),red-blue combination R∕B(1∕2),R∕B(1∕1),R∕B(2∕1)and pure red light(R)were setted up,and white light was used as the control(CK).The effects of different light qualities on the proliferation,growth and physiological characteristics ofZantedeschia hybridaseedlings were determined.The results showed that:(1)Under the R∕B(2∕1)light quality treatment,the growth rate ofZantedeschia hybridaseedlings was42.9%higher than that under CK treatment,the plant height,fresh weight,leaf length and leaf width had the maximum value,which were increased by 87.0%,42.3%,101.9%and 108.8%,respectively,compared with CK treatment.(2)Under R∕B(1∕2)light quality condition,the chlorophyll content ofZantedeschia hybrida seedlings was the highest,which was 1.22 times of CK treatment;(3)Zantedeschia hybridaseedlings of soluble total sugar content increased with the increase of percentage of red light in the compound light quality,blue light was characterized by inhibition,but could promoteZantedeschia hybridaseedlings of the accumulation of starch and soluble protein content increase;(4)POD activity was higher under R∕B(1∕2)and R∕B(2∕1)light quality treatments,and the activity of SOD was higher under R∕B(1∕2)and R∕B(1∕1)light quality treatments,the MDA content ofZantedeschia hybridaseedlings was the highest under CK treatment,while was the lowest under R∕B(1∕1)and R treatment.In conclusion,composite light quality R∕B(2∕1)was the most suitable light quality condition for the growth ofZantedeschia hybridaseedlings.The results could provide a certain scientific basis for the improvement of the growth and development quality ofZantedeschia hybridaseedlings.
