食用羽衣甘蓝新品种‘黑优’的选育及特性研究

摘　　要：‘黑优’是由基因型纯合、综合性状优良的食用羽衣甘蓝雄性不育系“CMS384-328”和自交系“H12-371-347”配制而成的杂交一代新组合。其株型紧凑,叶片长条形,功能叶叶色深蓝,蜡粉多,叶面皱褶呈大泡泡状,心叶墨绿色,叶面皱褶致密,叶质厚实。侧枝较多,可摘大心叶或者嫩头食用,摘心后分蘖能力强,产量更高。嫩叶辛辣味较轻,味道清香。秋季播种后65 d可采收,该品种收获时间长,产量高,货架期长。‘Heiyou’is a new F_(1) hybrid derived from crosses between cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS)line“CMS384-328”and inbred line“H12-371-347”,which were genetically homozygous and exhibited a comprehensive excellent performance.It had compact plant type,and long strip-shaped leaves.The functional leaves exhibited dark blue color,thick waxy layer and bubble-shaped on the leaf surface.The heart leaves showed black green color,densely wrinkled surface and thick texture.‘Heiyou’plants had more branches,the heart leaves and young buds could be collected for eating.After picking the heart leaves,the tillering ability got stronger and the yield increased.The young leaves had less pungent taste and delicate flavor.It could be harvested 65 days after sowing in autumn.It had long harvesting time,high yield and long shelf life.
