摘  要:利用微卫星标记技术分析湖羊群体遗传多样性。结果表明:31个湖羊样本共检测出等位基因210个,Shannon指数I为1.416,多态信息含量PIC为0.634,观察杂合度Ho为0.692,期望杂合度He为0.685,Ewens-Watterson检测所有位点都处于置信区间内。公羊Ho为0.694,He为0.643,I为1.190,PIC为0.564;母羊Ho为0.676,He为0.693,I值为1.403,PIC为0.636,表明群体遗传多样性丰富,变异程度高。等位基因频率分布呈L型,各位点均值处于Hard-Weinberg平衡,表明湖羊群体未出现瓶颈效应。研究结果为湖羊育种奠定了一定基础。The genetic diversity of Hu sheep population was analyzed using microsatellite marker technology.The results showed that a total of 210 alleles were detected out from 31 samples of Hu sheep,the Shannon index(I)was 1.416,polymorphic information content(PIC)was 0.634,the observed heterozygosity(Ho)was 0.692,and the expected heterozygosity(He)was 0.685.All the locis detected by Ewens-Watterson were within the confidence interval.According to results of population analysis,Ho,He,I and PIC of ram were 0.694,0.643,1.190 and 0.564,respectively;Ho,He,I and PIC of ewe were 0.676,0.693,1.403 and 0.636,respectively,which indicated that the genetic diversity of Hu sheep varieties was rich.The allele frequency distribution was L-shaped,the mean value of each loci was in Hard-Weinberg balance,which indicated that there was no bottleneck effect in this population.In conclusion,the population of Shanghai Hu sheep had high genetic diversity and no bottleneck effect.The research results laid a foundation for the breeding of Hu sheep.
