摘  要:为评估‘天山雪’肉鸽纯系经过多世代选育后的群体近交情况,并分析28日龄肉鸽体重遗传力,收集了连续4个世代942只肉鸽个体的系谱资料,以及第4世代231个个体的28日龄体重数据,采用ASReml软件动物模型估计了肉鸽28日龄体重的遗传力,并计算了各世代的群体平均近交系数。结果表明:‘天山雪’肉鸽纯系28日龄平均体重为(627.99±68.38)g,28日龄体重遗传力为0.58,属于高遗传力性状;4个世代的群体平均近交系数分别为0、0.63%、3.13%、5.23%。每个世代的近交系数逐步增加,在今后的选育中应注意近交情况。In order to evaluate the population inbreeding of‘Tianshanxue’squab pigeon pure line after several generations of breeding,and analyze the heritability of 28-day-old body weight,the pedigree data of 942 pigeons in 4 consecutive generations and the 28-day-old weight data of 231 individuals in the 4th generation were collected.The heritability of 28-day-old body weight of squab pigeon was estimated by ASReml software animal model,and the average inbreeding coefficient of each generation was calculated.The results showed that the average 28-day-old body weight of‘Tianshanxue’squab pigeon pure line was(627.99±68.38)g,and the heritability of 28-day-old body weight was 0.58,which belonged to a high heritability trait.The average inbreeding coefficients of the 4 generations were 0,0.63%,3.13%and 5.23%,respectively.The inbreeding coefficient of each generation increased gradually,and attention should be paid to inbreeding in future breeding.
