摘  要:为解决目前农业生产中阀门的传统现场控制方式与引入农业物联网技术后远程控制方式的结合问题,研发了一种远近一体的农用电磁阀控制系统。该系统引入Wi-Fi技术将阀门控制器接入互联网实现远程控制,同时为适应农业生产人员的使用习惯并作为远程控制方式的备份,还实现了近场控制功能。近场控制使用工业触摸屏取代传统的物理按钮或开关。工业触摸屏一般是与PLC配合使用,考虑到农业生产对成本的敏感性,采用造价更低的STM32微控制器取代PLC,最终实现了远程控制与近场控制的操控状态互相实时同步,真正做到了远程控制和近场控制的一体化。In order to solve the combination of the traditional field control mode and the remote control mode based on the introduction of agricultural internet of things technology of valves in agricultural production,a remote and near integrated agricultural solenoid valve control system was developed.The system introduced Wi-Fi technology to connect the valve controller to the internet to realize remote control.At the same time,in order to adapt to the use habits of agricultural production personnel and as a backup of remote control mode,it also realized the near-field control function.Near field control used an industrial touch screen to replace traditional physical buttons or switches.The industrial touch screen was generally used in conjunction with PLC.Considering the sensitivity of agricultural production to cost,STM32 microcontroller with lower cost was used to replace PLC,which finally realized the real-time synchronization of the control states of remote control and near-field control,and truly realized the integration of remote control and near-field control.
