利用苝二酰亚胺衍生物制备炭电极材料的研究

摘  要:以苝二酰亚胺衍生物(PDI)、葡萄糖酸内酯(GdL)为原料,利用溶胶凝胶法制得PDI凝胶,经液氮冷冻、低温真空冷冻干燥及炭化处理,获得微-纳米尺度片层炭材料。使用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、综合热分析仪以及孔径分析仪等仪器对炭材料结构进行了表征,并且通过循环伏安、恒流充放电以及交流阻抗等电化学手段对其构建的超级电容器的电化学性能进行了测试。考察了不同浓度GdL溶液对制备得到的炭材料的形貌及电化学性能的影响。实验结果表明,GdL溶液为10 mg/mL时所制备的炭材料具有较高的比表面积及丰富的孔隙结构,其比表面积为585.04 m^(2)/g。该片层炭作为超级电容器的电极材料表现出优异的电化学性能,在0.5A/g的电流密度下的放电比容量达到106.6F/g。在2 A/g电流密度下,循环10000圈后库伦效率约为100%,表现出良好的循环稳定性。Perylene diimide derivative(PDI)gels are prepared by sol-gel method using PDI and glucono-δlactone(GdL)as raw materials,then the PDI gels are made into micro-nano scale lamellar carbon materials via liquid nitrogen freezing,low-temperature vacuum freeze-drying and carbonization.The structure of the carbon materials is characterized by using scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,comprehensive thermal analyzer and pore size analyzer.And the electrochemical performance of the supercapacitor consisted of the carbon materials is tested by cyclic voltammetry,constant current charge-discharge and AC impedance.The effects of different concentrations of GdL solution on the morphology and electrochemical properties of the prepared carbon materials are investigated.The experimental results demonstrate that the carbon materials has abundant pore structures as well as high specific surface area when GdL solution is 10 mg/mL,exhibiting a specific surface area of 585.04 m^(2)/g.At a current density of 0.5 A/g,the specific capacitance of the lamellar carbon as electrode material of supercapacitor reaches 106.6 F/g,showing a prominent electrochemical performance.And under the current density of 2 A/g,the coulombic efficiency retention rate is nearly 100%after 10000 cycles,which shows excellent cycle stability.
