摘 要:中铁二局承包的渝昆高速铁路YKCYZQ-2标工程中使用到了山推牌某型号装载机,工作环境处于偏远地区且路况较恶劣,不可避免地会使得变速器产生较大的振动与噪声,严重的会影响装载机机体振动与部件磨损。为探讨其内部系统振动与变速器噪声的直接影响来源,基于装载机变速器的动力传递路线,提出一种考虑内部困油压力影响的噪声分析方法。A certain model of Shantui loader is used in the project of lot ykcyzq-2 of Chongqing Kunming High Speed Railway contracted by China Railway Erju Group Corporation. The working environment is in remote areas and the road conditions are bad, which will inevitably cause large vibration and noise of the transmission, and seriously affect the vibration and component wear of the loader body. In order to explore the direct influence source of internal system vibration and transmission noise, a noise analysis method considering the influence of internal trapped oil pressure is proposed based on the power transmission route of loader transmission.
