摘　　要：针对现有光纤预制棒沉积尾气处理工艺存在的弊端,本文在现有湿式电除尘工艺的基础上,独创性地将一体化净水设备引入湿式电除尘系统,并对现有设备的结构和功能进行了大量创新性设计,构建了一种新型光纤预制棒沉积尾气处理系统,更适合含超细粉尘和腐蚀性气体的光纤预制棒沉积工艺尾气处理。Aiming at the insufficiency of the existing exhaust gas treatment system for the deposition of optical fiber preforms, this article on the basis of the wet electrostatic precipitator system, originally introduces the integrated water purification equipment into the wet electrostatic precipitator system. Compared with the structure and function of the existing equipment, a large number of innovative designs have been carried out to construct a new type of the exhaust gas treatment system for the deposition of optical fiber preforms, which is more suitable for the treatment of exhausted gas from the deposition process of fiber preform containing ultrafine dust and corrosive gases.
