Three-dimensional development technologies and countermeasures for shale gas in Weiyuan Block of the Sichuan Basin:A case study on Wei 202A Platform

摘  要:威远区块是四川盆地页岩气开发的主战场之一,四川盆地威远区块威202A平台为早期投产平台,其上半支3口井在志留系龙马溪组龙一1^(1)小层钻遇率低,开发效果不理想。为了提高气藏采收率,最大程度动用储量,通过运用优势层位动用潜力和可采储量开发潜力分析等技术,开展了资源潜力立体开发评价和技术对策研究,部署了W形立体加密井网,提出了储层改造难点的应对措施。研究结果表明:①提出了以龙一1^(1)小层为目的层,在平台上半支原有井之间加密部署实施3口水平井建议;②针对立体开发目标,加强地质导向跟踪,加密井水平段在龙一1^(1)小层钻遇率平均达90.2%以上;③运用控制压裂规模、差异化设计和压前邻井提前关井恢复压力及压中暂堵转向等手段,提升裂缝复杂程度,并避免邻井被压窜;④微地震监测和数值模拟等证实加密井有效动用龙一1^(1)小层地质储量,且3口井测试产量较原老井大幅度提升。结论认为,形成的立体开发技术和对策,经实践检验,效果显著,为页岩气藏立体开发和提高储量动用程度提供了有益借鉴。Weiyuan Block is one of the main battlefields of shale gas development in the Sichuan Basin,and its Wei 202A Platform is an early production platform.Three wells in upper part of Wei 202A Platform have a low drilling rate of Ll_(1)^(1) sublayer of Silurian Longmaxi Formation and their development effects are poor.In order to improve the recovery factor of gas reservoirs and maximize the reserve production degree,this paper evaluates the three-dimensional development of resource potential and studies the technological countermeasures by using such technologies as the production potential analysis of predominant horizons and the development potential analysis of recoverable reserves.In addition,W-shaped three-dimensional infill well pattern is deployed and the countermeasures to the difficulties in reservoir reconstruction are put forward.And the following research results are obtained.First,it is recommended to deploy three infill horizontal wells between the original wells in the upper part of the platform by taking Ll1^(1) sublayer as the target layer.Second,to reach the target of three-dimensional development,it is necessary to strengthen geosteering tracking.In this way,the average drilling rate of Ll1^(1) sublayer by the horizontal sections of infill wells is over 90.2%.Third,it is recommended to increase the fracture complexity and avoid channeling of neighboring wells by controlling fracturing scale,conducting differential design,shut down the neighboring wells in advance before fracturing to restore the pressure and carrying out temporary plugging and diversion during fracturing.Fourth,microseismic monitoring and numerical simulation results confirm that the infill wells effectively produce the OOIP of Ll1^(1) sublayer and the tested production rates of three infill wells are significantly higher than those of the original wells.In conclusion,the practices verify that the proposed three-dimensional development technologies and countermeasures are remarkable in application effect and they provide a valuable
