摘 要:四川盆地志留系龙马溪组页岩地质年代老,优质储层厚度薄,储层压实程度高非均质性强,且经历多期构造运动,地应力复杂且差异大。页岩储层体积改造后,产量取得一定提高,但套管变形率高,单井产量差异大。为进一步提高页岩气藏综合开发效益,在体积改造技术、缝控压裂技术分析的基础上,综合理论模拟与现场试验,系统阐述了威远地区页岩气藏长段多簇暂堵体积改造技术理念与措施。研究结果表明:①“长段短簇”减小流体从基质向裂缝的流动距离,增大压裂裂缝与基质的接触面积;②“暂堵匀扩”保证各簇压裂裂缝有效延伸,“控液增砂”增大人工改造储层渗透率;③通过对簇间距、簇数、暂堵参数与支撑剂用量等核心参数优化,实现人工缝控储量、单井产量与气藏采收率等指标综合提升;④威远页岩气藏现场技术应用后井缝网体积比、改造区域渗透率等关键参数明显增大,裂缝扩展差异系数明显减小,各簇裂缝扩展均匀程度更高,单井产量、EUR、采收率均有较大提升,套变率与丢段率明显下降。结论认为,该技术为威远页岩气开发效益提升提供了技术支撑,为页岩气藏水力压裂技术升级提供参考与借鉴。Longmaxi Formation shale is characterized by great geological age,thin high-quality reservoir,high compaction degree and strong heterogeneity.It has experienced a multi-phase tectonic movement,so its in-situ stress is complex and varies in a large range.After the application of volumetric stimulation technology,a certain breakthrough has been made in the postfrac production rate,but the casing deformation rate is high and there is a big difference between single-well production rates.In order to further improve the comprehensive development benefit of the gas reservoirs,this paper systematically illustrates the ideas and measures of long-section multi-cluster temporary plugging volumetric stimulation technology used for Weiyuan shale gas reservoir by combining comprehensive theories with field tests,on the basis of the volumetric stimulation technology and the fracture controlled fracturing technology.First,the"long section and short cluster"reduces the flowing distance of fluid from matrix to fractures and increases the contact area between hydraulic fractures and matrix.Second,the"temporary plugging and uniform propagation"ensures the effective propagation of each cluster of hydraulic fractures.Third,the"fluid control and proppant increase"increases the permeability of artificially stimulated reservoirs.Hydraulic fracture controlled reserves,single-well production,gas reservoir recovery factor and other indexes can be improved comprehensively by optimizing core parameters such as cluster spacing,total cluster,temporary plugging parameters and proppant consumption.Field technical practice in Weiyuan shale gas reservoirs shows that the fracture network volume ratio of stimulated wells,the permeability of stimulated areas and other key parameters are increased greatly,the difference coefficient of fracture propagation is decreased significantly and the propagation uniformity of each cluster of fractures is higher.What's more,test gas production and average daily gas production in the first year are improved greatl
