中药肥灌根对烤烟生长及品质的影响

摘　　要：以烤烟品种云烟105作为试验材料,研究中药肥灌根对烟株农艺性状、光合特性、生物量、烤后烟叶单叶重及品质的影响。结果表明:根灌中药肥可提高烟株株高及生物量,与常规施肥对照相比,株高增加近5%,根干重与茎干重分别增加48.4%、7.3%,下部叶单叶重增加40.73%;根灌中药肥还可有效改善叶片的胞间CO_(2)浓度和蒸腾速率,气孔导度增加92.31%,蒸腾速率增加8.42%;烤后烟叶化学成分方面,根灌中药肥使中部烟叶钾含量上升0.48个百分点,上部叶还原糖、总氮和烟碱含量分别降低5.53个、0.44个、0.27个百分点,烟叶化学成分进一步协调。综合来看,根灌中药肥对于提高单叶重、增加生物量、协调烟叶内部化学成分、提高烟叶品质有积极作用。Using flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 105 as the experimental material,the effects of root irrigation with herbal fertilizer on agronomic characters,photosynthetic characteristics,biomass,single leaf weight and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied.The results showed that root irrigation with herbal fertilizer could increase the plant height and biomass of tobacco.Compared with the control of conventional fertilization,the plant height increased by nearly 5%,the root dry weight and stem dry weight increased by 48.4% and 7.3% respectively,and the single leaf weight of lower leaves increased by 40.73%;root irrigation with herbal fertilizer could also effectively improve the intercellular CO_(2) concentration and transpiration rate of leaves.The stomatal conductance increased by 92.31% and the transpiration rate increased by 8.42%;in terms of chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves,root irrigation with herbal fertilizer increased the potassium content of middle tobacco leaves by 0.48 percentage points,and the content of reducing sugar,total nitrogen and nicotine in upper leaves decreased by 5.53,0.44 and 0.27 percentage points respectively.The chemical composition of tobacco leaves was further coordinated.Overall,root irrigation with herbal fertilizer plays a positive role in improving single leaf weight,increasing biomass,coordinating the internal chemical composition of tobacco leaves and improving the quality of tobacco leaves.
