摘 要:为突破国内在邮船中庭等特殊结构方面的设计瓶颈,以某50000 t邮船项目为例,对位于船中跨3层甲板的中庭进行结构设计。在无成熟规范参考情况下,基于中庭布置特点,提出中庭结构设计要点,结合实例形成邮船中庭结构设计方案。进行有限元仿真计算,整理形成邮船中庭结构强度校核指导。根据校核结果给出邮船中庭结构设计优化方案,可大幅降低中庭结构应力水平,为同类船舶中庭结构设计及强度校核提供指导。In order to break through the domestic design bottleneck of special structures such as the atrium of cruise ship,a 50000 t cruise ship project is taken for example to make the structure design of the atrium spanning three decks amidships.In the case of no mature standard reference,based on the characteristics of atrium layout,the main points of atrium structure design are proposed,and the atrium structure design scheme of cruise ship is formed in combination with instances.The finite element simulation calculation is made to organize and form the atrium structure strength check guidance of cruise ship.According to the check results,the atrium structure design optimization scheme of cruise ship is given,which can greatly reduce the atrium structure stress level and provide guidance for the atrium structure design and strength check of similar ships.
