摘  要:虎龙沟煤矿21505巷掘进至820 m处时揭露一条逆断层,受构造应力以及采空区残余应力作用,巷帮出现严重片帮现象,两帮收缩严重,支护难度大。通过对巷帮片帮机理进行分析,并根据实际生产情况,提出采用"桁架锚索+安装迈步式W型钢带+超前管棚注浆"联合支护。巷道采取联合支护方式后,控制了片帮现象,两帮收敛量控制在190 mm以下,取得了显著应用成效。Aiming at the severe rib spalling and sides shrinkage and difficult support due to the action of tectonic stress and residual stress on a reverse fault revealed at the position of 820 meters in tunneling 21505 roadway of Hulonggou Colliery, the author proposes the combined support with truss cable, walking W-typed steel strip and advanced pipe shed grouting by analysis of the rib spalling mechanism and according to the actual production, which can control the rib spalling with convergence of two side under 190 mm and achieve remarkable application effect.
