摘  要:针对新景矿选煤厂配电系统电压存在的电压跌落、无功功率低的问题,首先完成电压跌落成因分析、电压跌落抑制方法分析,并在此基础上对电压跌落补偿方案进行容量、外形设计与改造。对改造后的配电系统进行工业试验,结果表明,经补偿方案处理后,选煤厂配电系统的电压、电流波形明显改善,谐波电压总畸变率下降至1.00%,有益于选煤厂配电系统安全、稳定、高效运行。Aiming at the problems of voltage sag and low reactive power in distribution system of Xinjing Coal Preparation Plant,the article analyzes the causes and suppression methods of voltage sag, designs and reforms the capacity and shape of the voltage sag compensation scheme, and conducts industrial tests on the transformed power distribution system. The results show that after the compensation scheme is processed, the voltage and current waveforms of the coal preparation plant’s distribution system are significantly improved, and the total harmonic voltage distortion rate is reduced to 1.00%, which is beneficial to the safe, stable and efficient operation of distribution system in the coal preparation plant.
