无痛护理管理体系在骨科护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析骨科护理中应用无痛护理管理体系的效果。方法:本次研究主体选择2019年1月-2020年1月我院骨科收治的80例住院患者,分组采用单双号法进行(即拿到单号者为一组,拿到双号者为一组),分为2组,观察组和对照组各40例,观察组干预模式为无痛护理管理体系,对照组干预模式为常规护理管理体系,对比2组干预效果。结果:观察组患者躯体疼痛评分为(2.01±0.45)分,显著低于对照组的(4.26±0.73)分;观察组患者生活质量评分为(90.37±4.28)分、对护理工作的总满意率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的(65.14±2.06)分、85.00%;观察组患者住院时间为(9.06±2.03)天,显著短于对照组的(12.17±3.18)天,2组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛护理管理体系在骨科护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of applying painless nursing management system in orthopedic nursing.Methods:The main body of this study selected 80 inpatients admitted to the orthopedics department of our hospital(the admission time range is from January 2019 to January 2020),and the patients are grouped by the odd and even number method(that is,those who get the single number are a group.Those who get the double number are divided into two groups),the study group and the control group have 40 cases each.The intervention mode of the study group is the painless nursing management system,and the intervention mode of the control group is the conventional nursing management system.The intervention effects of the two groups are compared.Results:The body pain score(2.01±0.45)of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.26±0.73).The quality of life score of the study group was(90.37±4.28)and the overall satisfaction rate for nursing work(97.50%)Significantly higher than the control group(65.14±2.06)points,(85.00%),the study group patientszhospital stay(9.06±2.03)days was significantly shorter than the control group(12.17±3.18),the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of painless nursing management system in orthopedic nursing is remarkable and it is worthy of promotion.
