摘 要:通过熔融共混方法制备了热塑性弹性体聚氨酯(TPU)/聚酰胺1212(PA1212)/joncryl共混物。研究了增容剂joncryl含量对共混物力学性能、热性能、结晶度和耐磨性的影响。力学性能测试表明:共混物的拉伸强度从25.13 MPa增加至27.18 MPa,弯曲强度从21.51 MPa逐渐增加到23.70 MPa,缺口冲击强度从9.16 kJ/m^(2)增加至10.28 kJ/m^(2)。随着增容剂含量的增加,共混物的耐热性能略微变差,共混物中TPU的熔融温度有所上升,而PA1212的熔融温度有所下降。另外,共混物的耐磨性随着增容剂含量的增加而提高。Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)/polyamide 1212(PA1212)/joncryl composites were prepared by melt blending. The effects of compatibilizer joncryl content on the mechanical properties, thermal properties, crystallinity and wear resistance of the blends were studied. The mechanical tests show that the tensile strength, flexural strength, and notched impact strength increase from 25.13 MPa, 21.51 MPa, 9.16 kJ/m^(2) to 27.18 MPa, 23.70 MPa, 10.28 kJ/m^(2) respectively. With the increase of compatibilizer content, the heat resistance of the blends decreases slightly, the melting temperature of TPU increases, while the melting temperature of PA1212 decreases. In addition, the wear resistance of the blends increases with the increase of compatibilizer content.
