摘  要:结合汽车发动机及周边系统常用的橡胶零件,研究了低丙烯腈丁腈橡胶(NBR)、高丙烯腈NBR、氯醇橡胶(ECO)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)、乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)、二元氟橡胶(FKM)、三元FKM 8种类型的橡胶材料在不同比例的甲醇燃油及乙醇燃油中理化性能及力学性能的变化,并对甲醇燃油及乙醇燃油体系对橡胶材料溶胀性能的影响进行了比较分析。根据国六蒸发排放法规的要求,以加油软管为例介绍了材料的选用及未来发展趋势。Combined with the rubber materials commonly used to produce the tuber parts in automobile engine and peripheral system, the physical and chemical properties and mechanical properties of eight types of rubber materials, including low acrylonitrile nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR), high acrylonitrile NBR, chlorohydrin rubber(ECO), hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR), acrylic rubber(ACM), ethylene acrylate rubber(AEM), binary fluororubber(FKM), ternary FKM, in different proportions of methanol fuel and ethanol fuel were studied. The swelling properties of these rubber materials in methanol fuel system and ethanol fuel system were compared and analyzed. According to the requirements of national six evaporative emission regulations, taking the refueling hose as an example, the material selection and future development trend are introduced.
