摘　　要：坚持党性与人民性相统一的档案观是做好新时代档案工作的必然要求。为此,要从价值、机理与实践三维角度着手,分析档案工作的党性与人民性。档案工作党性与人民性相统一的底层逻辑在于中国共产党的初心使命和社会主义档案工作实践的根本需要。坚持档案工作党性与人民性相统一应做到始终坚持以马克思主义为思想指导、坚持党对档案工作的全面领导、坚持以人民为中心。To adhere to the archival view of unity between party character and national character is a necessary requirement for archival work in the new era. To this end, we should analyze the party character and national character of archival work from the three-dimensional perspective of value, mechanism and practice. The underlying logic of the unity of party character and national character in archival work lies in the original mission of the communist party of China and the fundamental need of socialist archival work practice. The unity of party character and national character in archival work should be achieved by always adhering to marxism as the ideological guide, adhering to the party’s overall leadership of archival work,and adhering to the people as the center.
