摘　　要：汽车行驶里程达到一定数值之后,其水泵构件就会出现老化问题,影响水泵运行可靠性,严重威胁行车安全。所以,在水泵设计之初就对各零部件考虑,提高各部件寿命,配合强度,合理制定预防措施,保证水泵运行可靠性。对此,本文阐述了汽车水泵作用与工作原理,分析水泵运行可靠性问题,并提出几点优化策略,希望能够为相关单位与人员提供参考。After the vehicle mileage reaches a certain value,its water pump components will appear aging problem,affecting the reliability of water pump operation,a serious threat to driving safety.Therefore,at the beginning of the design of the pump on the consideration of the parts,improve the life of the parts,with strength,reasonable development of preventive measures to ensure the reliability of the pump operation.In this regard,this paper expounds the function and working principle of automobile water pump,analyzes the reliability of water pump operation,and puts forward several optimization strategies,hoping to provide reference for relevant units and personnel.
