摘  要:通过渐开线直齿轮齿廓方程在MATLAB中构建出渐开线直齿轮的点云模型生成精确地齿廓,将点云数据导入到SolidWorks中构建出齿廓精确的渐开线直齿轮副的三维模型;然后对渐开线直齿轮副进行理论接触应力计算,并对联合建模的齿轮副与参数化建模的齿轮副进行接触应力的有限元仿真分析和动力学仿真分析结果进行对比。结果表明:联合建模所得三维模型满足渐开线齿轮副的接触特性研究需求,且较参数化建模方法,联合建模的齿廓更加精确,有限元仿真的接触应力更加精确。Based on the involute spur gear tooth profile equation,the point cloud model of involute spur gear was built in MATLAB to generate accurate tooth profile.The point cloud data was imported into SolidWorks to build a three-dimensional model of involute spur gear pair with accurate tooth profile.Then the theoretical contact stress of involute spur gear pair is calculated,and the finite element simulation and dynamic simulation analysis results of contact stress between the joint modeling gear pair and the parametric modeling gear pair are compared.The results show that the 3d model obtained by joint modeling meets the research requirements of contact characteristics of involute gears,and the tooth profile obtained by joint modeling is more accurate than that of parametric modeling method,and the contact stress obtained by finite element simulation is more accurate.
