摘　　要：空压机在诸多行业都有应用,常见类型有活塞式空气压缩机、螺杆式空压机、离心式压缩机等等。本文以某型号离心式空压机组为例进行该类空压机的调试以及故障排除论述。首先阐述离心式空气压缩机调试及故障诊断、排除的重要意义,然后对CENTAC离心式空压机进行简介,之后对设备的调试及故障原因进行探讨分析,并提出解决措施,对离心式空气压缩机故障诊断技术发展趋势进行展望,希望对同行业工作人员操作有所帮助。Air compressors are used in many industries.The common types are piston air compressors,screw air compressors,centrifugal compressors and so on.Taking a certain type of centrifugal air compressor unit as an example,this paper discusses the commissioning and troubleshooting of this kind of air compressor.This paper first expounds the significance of commissioning,fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of centrifugal air compressor,then briefly introduces CENTAC centrifugal air compressor,then discusses and analyzes the equipment commissioning and fault causes,puts forward solutions,and prospects the development trend of fault diagnosis technology of centrifugal air compressor,hoping to be helpful to the operation of staff in the same industry.
