摘　　要：作为水上运输的重要工具,船舶对于运输来说发挥着至关重要的作用,为了保障船舶运输的安全性,在船舶企业发展过程中,势必要检查船舶机械故障,定期进行维护,从而减少安全事故的发生。一旦船舶在运转过程中发生故障,不仅会对船舶运行产生一定影响,而且会危及船员的生命。本文针对船舶检验中的常见机械故障进行分析,对船舶设备故障诊断的重要性加以研究,分析船舶机械设备运转过程中常出现的部分故障,并提出了相应的处理办法,为船舶设备的正常运行提供一定的参考和借鉴。As an important tool of water transportation,ships play a vital role in transportation.In order to ensure the safety of ship transportation,in the process of the development of ship enterprises,it is bound to check ship mechanical faults and maintain them regularly,so as to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.Once the ship breaks down during operation,it will not only have a certain impact on the ship operation,but also endanger the lives of the crew.This paper analyzes the common mechanical faults in ship inspection,studies the importance of ship equipment fault diagnosis,analyzes some common faults in the operation of ship mechanical equipment,and puts forward corresponding treatment methods,so as to provide some reference for the normal operation of ship equipment.
