摘 要:汽车制造业是我国重要产业,内燃机在其中占据重要地位,为提高内燃机制造水平,实现规范化生产,应当高度重视制造工艺管理。基于此,本文先分析了内燃机制造工艺管理系统的重要性,然后详细分析了设计和实现。通过制造工艺管理系统辅助管理,更有利于收集生产数据用于工艺研发,提高工艺的规范性和标准化,为制造工艺创新发展奠定基础。The automobile manufacturing industry is an important industry in my country,and the internal combustion engine occupies an important position in it.In order to improve the manufacturing level of internal combustion engines and realize standardized production,we should attach great importance to manufacturing process management.Based on this,this article first analyzes the importance of the internal combustion engine manufacturing process management system,and then analyzes the design and implementation in detail.The auxiliary management through the manufacturing process management system is more conducive to collecting production data for process research and development,improving the standardization and standardization of the process,and laying the foundation for the innovation and development of the manufacturing process.
