摘 要:提出一种基于检测单相电感的无刷直流电机无位置传感器转子位置检测方法。利用电机凸极效应,通过对电机三相绕组注入固定时长的电压矢量并检测对应单相电流响应的方式检测相电感值,根据电机转子位置与相电感值的关系确定换相点。同时提出一种改进的续流方法,利用电机电感能量维持电机驱动电流,减小无功能量流动,提升电磁转矩驱动能力。与传统电感法相比,该方法只利用一个检测矢量,缩短了检测时间,且检测矢量与驱动矢量相邻,电感能量在续流阶段也持续驱动电机,提高了加速能力。实验结果验证了所提控制方法的有效性与先进性。A rotor position detection method for the sensorless control of brushless DC motor with single-phase inductance detection was proposed.By using the saliency effect of the motor,the phase inductance was detected by applying a fixed-time voltage vector to the three-phase windings of the motor and detecting the corresponding single-phase current responses.The inductance values determined the commutation points based on the relationships between the rotor position of the motor and the phase inductance.In addition,an improved cyclical freewheeling method was proposed to reduce the reactive power and increase the electromagnetic torque,which used the motor inductive energy to maintain the motor drive current.Compared with the traditional inductance method,this method only had one detection vector,which reduced the detection time.Further,the detection vector and the drive vector were adjacent vectors,the inductive energy also drove the motor continuously in freewheeling stage,which improved the motor acceleration ability.Experimental results verified the effectiveness and advancement of the proposed control method.
