摘　　要：继电器柜生产采用孤岛式作业方式,存在作业效率低下、标准化作业水平不高、现场管理难度大、质量管控不便等问题。该文通过分析继电器柜结构,提出一种基于预布线的流水化作业方式,并通过验证、生产试运行,证明了方案的有效性。Isolated island operation mode is adopted for relay cabinet production, there are some problems,such as low operation efficiency, low level of standardized operation, difficult on-site management, inconvenient quality control and so on. By analyzing the structure of relay cabinet, this paper puts forward a flow operation mode based on pre wiring, and proves the effectiveness of the scheme through verification, production and trial operation.
