摘 要:依托上海市某医疗废物焚烧厂医疗废物焚烧生产线,在现有烟气净化设施基础上,串联增设半干法净化设施,对半干法系统及半干法+干法组合系统对于高浓度氯化氢气体的净化能力进行验证评估。检测结果表明,采用半干法+干法工艺可将氯化氢平均浓度从1 678.00 mg/m;降低至18.47 mg/m^(3),净化效率约99%。从经济性角度分析,半干法+干法组合工艺在药剂费用上较传统干法+湿法工艺可下浮约6.6%,同时有效减少了废水的产生。Relying on the medical waste incineration production line of a medical waste incineration plant in Shanghai,semi-dry purification facilities were added in series on the basis of existed flue gas purification facilities,and the purification capacity of semi-dry system and semi-dry and dry combined system for high-concentration hydrogen chloride gas were verified and evaluated. The results showed that the average concentration of hydrogen chloride could be reduced from 1 678.00 mg/m;to 18.47 mg/m;by semi-dry and dry process and the purification efficiency was a approximately 99%.From an economic point of view,compared with traditional dry and wet process,the semi-dry and dry process could reduce the pharmaceutical cost by 6.6% and effectively reduce the generation of wastewater.
