基于关联规则法分析中医护理技术干预乳腺增生的选穴规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于关联规则法分析的中医护理技术干预乳腺增生的选穴配伍规律。方法:由2名研究生独立检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)中有关于"刮痧""拔罐""穴位贴敷""艾灸""穴位按摩"等中医护理技术干预乳腺增生的文献。使用Excel 2016软件建立数据库并分析经络腧穴频次,基于SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件中的Apriori算法模型对腧穴配伍规律进行深层次分析。结果:纳入符合本研究的文献126篇,提取的腧穴处方共涉及94个穴位,以胸腹部居多,使用频次前3位的穴位依次为膻中(9.4%)、乳根(8.2%)、期门(6.8%),运用频次较高的经络有足阳明胃经(22.7%)、任脉(18%)、足太阳膀胱经(14.1%)。关联规则法分析显示中医护理技术干预乳腺增生最常使用的腧穴配伍为膻中→乳根。结论:通过对中医护理技术干预乳腺增生选穴规律进行不同层次的分析,为临床护理人员使用中医护理技术干预乳腺增生选穴提供一定的循证依据。Objective:To explore the law of acupoint selection and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology intervention in breast hyperplasia based on association rule method.Methods:Two postgraduates independently searched PubMed,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP Database(VIP),and China BioMedical database(CBM)about the literatures of TCM nursing technology intervention such as scraping(Gua sha),cupping,acupoint application,moxibustion,and acupoint massage for breast hyperplasia.Excel 2016 software was used to establish a database and analyze the frequency of acupoints and meridians.The compatibility law of acupoints were deeply analyzed based on the Apriori algorithm model in the SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software.Results:A total of 126 literatures were included.The extracted acupoint prescriptions involved a total of 94 acupoints,most of which were in the chest and abdomen.The top 3 acupoints used frequently were Tanzhong(Ren 17)(9.4%),Rugen(ST18)(8.2%),and Qimen(LR14)(6.8%).The most frequently used meridians were the Foot Yangming stomach meridian(22.7%),Ren meridian(18%)and Foot Taiyang bladder meridian(14.1%).The association rule analysis showed that the most commonly used acupoint compatibility of TCM nursing technology in the intervention of breast hyperplasia was Tanzhong(Ren 17)→Rugen(ST18).Conclusions:By analyzing the law of acupoint selection in the intervention of TCM nursing technology in breast hyperplasia at different levels,it can provide some evidence-based basis for clinical nurses to use TCM nursing technology to intervene in the selection of acupoints for breast hyperplasia.
