摘 要:针对国内某些企业在干燥俄罗斯进口落叶松出现的问题,采用试验的方式对30 mm厚俄罗斯进口落叶松木材进行了干燥处理中分层温度与分层含水率关系研究。试验过程中采用3种不同的干燥基准进行了干燥试验,通过对干燥过程中木材分层温度与分层含水率变化情况的监测,根据木材干燥过程中传热和传质的关系,初步探讨了俄罗斯产落叶松的干燥处理中分层温度与分层含水率的关系;研究表明干燥初期升温速度不能太快,也不能过慢,一般应保持在每小时3℃〜5℃。为探索进口落叶松木材的干燥工艺提供了一定的理论依据。In view of the problems faced by some domestic enterprises in drying larch imported from Russia, the relationship between stratified temperature and stratified moisture content in drying treatment of 30 mm-thick Russian larch lumber was studied by means of experiments.During the test, three different drying benchmarks were used to carry out the drying test.By monitoring the change of in the stratified temperature and stratified moisture content of wood during the drying process, and according to the relationship between heat transfer and mass transfer during the drying process of wood, a preliminary study was carried out on the relationship between stratified temperature and stratified moisture content in the drying treatment of Russian larch, with the research showing that the heat rising rate in the initial drying period should not be too fast or too slow, and generally should be maintained at 3 ℃ 〜 5 ℃ per hour.It provides a certain theoretical basis for exploring the drying process of imported larch wood.
