摘　　要：目的探讨带线锚钉修复喙锁韧带对肩锁关节脱位患者术后肩关节疼痛的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年2月~2020年6月本科开展手术治疗的45例RockwoodⅢ-Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位患者临床资料,依据术中是否接受喙锁韧带修复,分为两组:喙锁韧带修复组(观察组)22例,单纯钩钢板组(对照组)23例。记录两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量,比较两组患者术后2周、1个月、2个月、3个月及6个月时的患肩VAS疼痛评分。结果术后2周、1个月和2个月时,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月、6个月时,两组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与单纯锁骨钩钢板相比,锁骨钩钢板联合喙锁韧带修复可改善患者术后早期肩关节疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of coracoclavicular ligament repair with suture anchors on postoperative shoulder pain in patients with acromioclavicular dislocation.Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with Rockwood typeⅢ-Ⅴacromioclavicular joint dislocation who underwent surgery from February 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether they received coracoclavicular ligament repair during operation,they were divided into two groups:22 cases in coracoclavicular ligament repair group(observation group)and 23 cases in simple hook plate group(control group).The operation time and intraoperative bleeding of the two groups were recorded,and the VAS pain scores of the shoulder at 2 weeks,1 month,2 months,3 months and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results At 2 weeks,1 month and 2 months after operation,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation by clavicular hook plate,clavicular hook plate combined with coracoclavicular ligament repair can improve the early postoperative shoulder pain.
