摘  要:堰塞体为快速形成的自然堆积体,结构较为松散,物质组成复杂,其后续发展难以把握,需快速进行堰塞体危险性分级判断,方可为堰塞湖处置决策提供依据。通过梳理已有堰塞体溃决影响因素机制分析、堰塞湖溃决现场观察、物理模型试验和典型案例统计分析成果,并以堰塞湖库容、来水量、堰塞体物质组成和几何形态为主要判断指标,以渗透破坏、涌浪及地震作为修正因素,提出了一种堰塞体危险性量化快速评价方法,并将该方法应用于大量的典型案例判定。结果表明,判定结果与实际情况吻合较好。研究成果可为堰塞湖应急处置提供一定参考。A barrier dam,a rapidly formed natural accumulation body,is characterized as loose structure and complex material composition,and it is difficult to predict the subsequent development.It is necessary to quickly evaluate the risk classification of a barrier body,so as to provide basis for the emergency disposal of a barrier lake.Through a mechanism analysis on influencing factors of barrier body collapse,and sorting out field observations of barrier lake collapse,physical simulation and statistical analysis of typical cases,we proposed a new rapid and quantitative risk assessment method of barrier body hazard,in which the reservoir capacity,water inflow,material composition and geometric shape of barrier body were taken as the main judgment indices,while the seepage failure,landslide-inducing surge and earthquake were taken as correction factors.After lots of cases verification,the proposed method is in good agreement with the actual situation and can be used as a reference for emergency disposal of barrier lakes.
