摘 要:为解决大型水电站导流洞运行期检修难题,优化导流洞进口布置,以乌东德水电站导流洞工程为例,从导流洞检修通道设置、检修门及其埋件布置方式等方面进行分析研究,提出了导流洞进口检修门和封堵闸门共用门槽的“一槽双门”设计方案,详细阐述了“一槽双门”的闸门和门槽布置方案、门槽型式选择和门槽主要结构设计流程。工程实际运行结果表明:“一槽双门”设计方案在满足导流洞检修及封堵的功能的同时,能大大降低施工难度、缩短施工工期、减少工程投资,该方案可供同类工程设计参考。In order to solve the maintenance problem of diversion tunnel in large hydropower station and optimize the inlet layout of diversion tunnel,taking the diversion tunnel project in Wudongde Hydropower Station as an example,we analyzed and studied the layout of maintenance channel,maintenance gate and buried parts of the diversion tunnel,and then put forward a design scheme of'one slot-two gates',i.e.a common set of gate slot shared by maintenance gate and sealing gate.The layout scheme of gate and gate slot,the selection of gate slot type and the main structural design process of gate slot were expounded in detail.The actual engineering operation results showed that the design scheme of'one slot-two gates′could not only meet the maintenance and sealing function of diversion tunnel,but also greatly reduced the construction difficulty,saved the construction period and reduced the engineering investment.This scheme can provide reference for similar project.
