摘  要:数字孪生与水利行业的融合是新一代信息技术、通信技术在水利行业的综合集成应用,是推动新阶段水利高质量发展的重要实施路径。目前水利行业智慧化水平仍然较低,对于数字孪生的研究与应用相对较少。为此,深入探讨了数字孪生的基本内涵与发展理念,并重点围绕行蓄洪空间数字孪生建设过程可能面临的问题开展了研究。研究给出了以数据底座建设、数字化场景建设、智慧化模拟与精准化决策支撑建设为主轴的行蓄洪空间建设总体方案。相关成果可为今后智慧流域建设提供有建设性的规划思路。The merging of the digital twin technology and water resources is an integrated application of new information technology and communication technology in the water resources sector,which is an important path of promoting the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.At present,the level of intelligence in the water conservancy industry is relatively low,and there are few studies on the application of digital twins in the water resources industry.To this end,we deeply explore the basic connotation and development concept of digital twin technology,and focus on the possible problems in the construction of digital twins in flood discharge and storage space.The overall construction plan for the flood discharge and storage space digital twin with data base construction,digital scene construction,intelligent simulation and precise decision support construction as the core is proposed.The results provide constructive planning ideas for the construction of smart watersheds in the future.
