穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆在哮喘缓解期的应用效果评估

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆在哮喘缓解期的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年5月杭州市中医院呼吸科门诊治疗的哮喘缓解期患者72例,随机分为联合组和单用组,每组各36例。两组患者均予以布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂1吸/次,2次/d治疗。单用组患者在此基础上予以穴位按摩,联合组患者在单用组治疗基础上加耳穴压豆治疗,两组患者均治疗8周。观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能和哮喘控制情况的变化,并比较其临床效果。结果治疗8周后,联合组与单用组FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC比值[(3.17±0.53)L vs.(2.81±0.48)L;(2.81±0.42)L vs.(2.32±0.36)L;(88.64±14.53)%vs.(82.56±14.50)%]均较治疗前[(2.24±0.41)L vs.(2.26±0.37)L;(1.73±0.29)L vs.(1.70±0.31)L;(77.12±12.23)%vs.(75.22±12.67)%]明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且联合组患者上升幅度较单用组更显著(P<0.05);联合组、单用组患者ACT评分[(22.81±4.32)分vs.(19.16±3.27)分]均较治疗前[(15.97±2.81)分vs.(16.06±2.64)分]明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且联合组患者上升幅度较单用组更显著(P<0.05);联合组患者临床总有效率(94.44%)明显高于单用组(77.78%)(χ^(2)=4.180,P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆在哮喘缓解期的应用效果确切,有助于控制患者哮喘症状,改善患者的肺功能。Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint massage combined with ear acupoint pressing beans in asthma remission period.Methods A total of 72 patients in asthma remission period treated in the outpatient Department of Respiratory Diseases of Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the combination group and the single-use group,with 36 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation at 1 inhalation/time and 2 times/d.Additionally,the single-use group were given acupoint massage,and the combination group were treated with acupoint massage combined with ear acupoint pressing.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The changes in lung function and asthma control of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,to compare the clinical effect.Results At 8 weeks after treatment,the FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC ratios of the combinatin group and the single-use group were([3.17±0.53]L vs.[2.81±0.48]L,[2.81±0.42]L vs.[2.32±0.36]L,[88.64±14.53]%vs.[82.56±14.50]%),which were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01)than those before treatment as([2.24±0.41]L vs.[2.26±0.37]L,[1.73±0.29]L vs.[1.70±0.31]L,[77.12±12.23]%vs.[75.22±12.67]%).The increases in the combination group were more significant than those in the single-use group(P<0.05).At 8 weeks after treatment,the ACT scores of the two groups([22.81±4.32]points vs.[19.16±3.27]points)were significantly higher than those before treatment([15.97±2.81]points and[16.06±2.64]points)(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The increase in the combination group was more significant than that in the single-use group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the combined group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that of the single-use group(77.78%)(χ^(2)=4.180,P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint massage combined with ear acupoint pressing beans has significant application effect in asthma remission period.It is helpful to control the symptoms of asthma
