摘  要:目的探讨分析SOX17基因多态性和中国汉族人群颅内动脉瘤(IA)的相关性。方法选择2018年1月至2019年8月台州市立医院收治的颅内动脉瘤患者161例作为IA组,选择同期在台州市立医院健康体检的健康志愿者150名作为对照组。采集两组受试者外周静脉血,通过PCR-荧光探针法检测SOX17基因各位点基因型,分析SOX17基因各位点基因多态性与颅内动脉瘤的相关性。结果两组受试者rs9298506、rs1072737位点基因型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IA患者破裂组与未破裂组患者SOX17基因rs9298506位点基因型、rs1072737位点基因型及等位基因分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中破裂组患者A等位基因分布显著低于未破裂组,G等位基因分布显著高于未破裂组(P<0.05)。结论SOX17基因rs9298506及rs1072737位点多态性与中国汉族人群颅内动脉瘤发生及动脉瘤的破裂有关,其中rs9298506位点A基因是汉族人群颅内动脉瘤的保护性因素,而rs1072737位点G等位基因是汉族人群颅内动脉瘤的危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between SOX17 gene polymorphism and intracranial aneurysm(IA)in Chinese Han population.Methods A total of 161 patients with intracranial aneurysm who were admitted to Taizhou Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the IA group,and 150 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in Taizhou Municipal Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Peripheral venous blood was collected from the two groups of subjects,and the genotypes of each SOX17 gene point were detected by the PCR-fluorescence probe method,and the correlation between the polymorphism of each SOX17 gene point and intracranial aneurysm was analyzed.Results The genotype distributions of rs9298506 and rs1072737 were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The distributions of rs9298506 genotype,rs1072737 genotype and allele of SOX17 gene in patients with IA in the ruptured group and the unruptured group had statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The distribution of A allele in the ruptured group was significantly lower than that in the unruptured group,and the distribution of G allele was significantly higher than that of the unruptured group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rs9298506 and rs1072737 polymorphisms of SOX17 gene are associated with the occurrence and rupture of intracranial aneurysms in Chinese Han population.The rs9298506 A gene is a protective factor of intracranial aneurysms in Han population,and the rs1072737 G allele is a risk factor for intracranial aneurysms in Han population.
