揿针配合葛根汤外用熏蒸治疗儿童周围性面瘫的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨揿针配合葛根汤外用熏蒸治疗儿童周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年11月沈阳市中医院收治的60例周围性面瘫患儿作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用揿针治疗,观察组采用揿针治疗结合葛根汤外用熏蒸,治疗隔日1次,8次为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较两组House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级的变化及临床疗效。结果经过2个疗程后,两组患儿H-B面神经功能分级优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针配合葛根汤外用熏蒸治疗儿童周围性面瘫临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的面肌功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of thumbtack needle combined with external fumigation of Gegen Decoction in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in children.Methods A total of 60 children with peripheral facial paralysis who were admitted to Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated by thumbtack needle,and the observation group was combined with Gegen Decoction topical fumigation treatment based on the control group.The treatment was performed every other day,eight times as a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the changes of House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function classification and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After two courses of treatment,the H-B facial nerve function classification of the two groups was better than before treatment,and the H-B facial nerve function classification of observation group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thumbtack acupuncture combined with external fumigation of Gegen Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in children,and can effectively improve the facial muscle function of patients.
