摘　　要：《长日留痕》是2017年诺贝尔文学奖获得者石黑一雄的代表作。文章探究小说中所体现的英国庄园文化的具体特点,并分析小说中对于英国庄园文化衰落的描写。石黑一雄通过展现英国庄园文化在现代社会中的衰落,表达了他对传统和现代的反思。The Remains of the Day is the representative work of Kazuo Ishiguro, winner of the 2017 Nobel Prize in Literature. This paper explores the specific characteristics of the British manorial culture reflected in the novel, and further analyzes the description of the decline of the British manorial culture in the novel. Kazuo Ishiguro expresses his reflection on tradition and modernity by showing the decline of English manorial culture in modern society.
